The LFOTM5k takes place on the last Friday of each month at 12:30 PM

Where is the race held?

The race starts and finishes at the Duck Cottage in St James’s Park , London.

Entries must be made in advance Entries usually close about one day before race day. Walk-up entries on the day are not permitted.

What do I need to bring on race day?

Your race number (if already assigned). Wear your race number clearly on the front of your race clothing. Arrive by noon for check-in. There are no changing or shower facilities; arrive in your running kit. Public toilets (20p, card payment only) are available near the Bandstand, approximately 500m from the start.

Is there a time limit?

Yes, there is a 35-minute cutoff. After this time, the course will not be marshalled, and no results will be recorded.

What are the race rules?

The race is held under UK Athletics rules. England Athletics Licence number 29176 applies. Certificate of Course Accuracy number 16/201.

Can I leave personal belongings?

Yes, you may leave personal belongings near the start area. Please bring your own bag or container to store items.
